Sinopsis

Tras la muerte de Richard, Robin viaja a Nottingham, una ciudad que sufre la corrupción y los agobiantes impuestos de su sheriff. Allí, Robin se enamora de la enérgica viuda Lady Marion, una mujer escéptica sobre la identidad y motivaciones de este cruzado de los bosques.

Esperando lograr la mano de Marion y salvar el pueblo, Robin se reune con una banda cuyas letales habilidades como mercenarios se combinan con su anhelo por la vida. Juntos, empiezan a atacar a las clases altas para corregir las injusticias que permite el sheriff.

Con su país debilitado por décadas de guerra, asediado a causa de las poco efectivas decisiones del nuevo rey y vulnerable a los levantamientos y amenazas, Robin y sus hombres escuchan la llamada de la más grande de las aventuras. La falta de héroes y aliados los llevan a proteger su país de una sangrienta guerra civil para devolver a Inglaterra la gloria del pasado.
